The Military Working Dog Team Support Association, Inc. (MWDTSA) is a nationwide all-volunteer nonprofit organization. We support US military working dog teams serving in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, and Coast Guard.
Our main mission is sending care packages to MWD teams currently deployed in global combat zones. Each box contains necessities and comfort items for both the K9s and their handlers. This link is updated twice a year to reflect the specific needs for our handlers and MWDs.
We also boost morale with in-person kennel visits on the home front, where we bring treats for both the handlers and their four-legged comrades. During these visits, handlers share about their work and also provide input on what to include in upcoming care packages.
MWDTSA proudly celebrates our nation’s furry veterans with Honor Boxes each year to observe K9 Veterans Day on March 13th.
